SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing

In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Pre-order items ship in 3–4 weeks from order date.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available from the courier, the tracking number will be included.

Shipping rates

Shipping is included in the displayed product price for all deliveries within South Africa.

Delivery options

You can choose between two locker collection points at checkout:

  • PostNet Locker — pick up at your nearest PostNet branch
  • Courier Guy Locker — pick up at your nearest Pudo Locker

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the locker. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier operations, public holidays, or customer-side collection delays.

International shipping

We currently deliver only within South Africa.

REFUND POLICY

Cooling-off period (change of mind)

Under Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods, without reason or penalty. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the safe return of the goods.

For cooling-off returns, shoes must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags and inserts. Shoes may be tried on for sizing but must not show any signs of gym use, chalk, or floor marks. Any wear or damage will mean the return cannot be accepted under cooling-off provisions.

Refunds are processed within reasonable time after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Refunds may take several business days to reflect, depending on the payment method.

Exchanges (different size)

Items may be exchanged for a different size, provided they are returned to us within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return postage. An additional postage charge may apply for the exchange item, depending on stock location.

Same condition requirements as cooling-off returns apply: shoes unworn, in original packaging, no signs of use.

If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, please email sales@luxiaojun.co.za and we’ll help you choose. The Luxiaojun shoe fits true to size for most lifters; we can advise on width and pre-order options.

Defective goods

Under Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return goods that are defective, unsafe, or not as described within 6 months of delivery. You may elect to have the goods repaired, replaced, or refunded.

For defective returns, we cover the cost of return shipping. Email sales@luxiaojun.co.za with your order reference, a description of the defect and (where possible) photos. We will arrange a courier collection.

All Luxiaojun products undergo a quality-control process at the manufacturer. Manufacturing defects are warranted; normal wear-and-tear is not.

Cancellation after dispatch

Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will only be refunded once the items are returned to us in unused, original-packaging condition. The refund may be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs incurred.

Cancellation requests must be sent by email to sales@luxiaojun.co.za quoting your order reference (format: LXJ-####).

How returns are processed

  1. Email sales@luxiaojun.co.za with your order reference and the reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm the return type (cooling-off, exchange, or defect) and email you the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the goods back. Use your order reference (LXJ-####) on the waybill so we can match the parcel.
  4. We inspect the goods on arrival and resolve within 5 business days — typically faster.
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
    • PayFast orders — refunded back to the original card or account via PayFast
    • EFT orders — refunded via EFT to the originating bank account

What we are not responsible for

We recommend using a tracked or insured courier service for returns. We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit on the way back to us. The customer bears the risk until the goods are received by us.
