We sell weightlifting shoes, apparel, accessories and related products through this e-commerce platform as the authorised South African distributor for Luxiaojun.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, modify pricing, or refuse or cancel orders without prior notice.
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within South Africa is included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders, refunding any payment received in full.
An order placed through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation emails do not constitute final acceptance — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

Payments are processed securely through PayFast (a Network International company), an authorised South African payment service provider. Available methods include credit/debit cards, Instant EFT, Capitec Pay, SnapScan, Zapper, and Apple/Google Pay.
We also accept manual EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) directly into our business account, with proof of payment emailed to sales@luxiaojun.co.za.
By placing an order you warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. We do not store payment card information on our servers; all card data is handled by PayFast.
We deliver only within South Africa. In-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Pre-order items ship in 3–4 weeks.
Delivery is via PostNet Locker or Courier Guy Locker (customer choice). Delivery times are estimates and may vary with courier operations, public holidays and remote locations. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Refunds are processed within reasonable time of the returned goods being received and inspected. For PayFast orders, refunds are issued back to the original payment method through PayFast. For EFT orders, refunds are made via EFT to the originating bank account.
Weightlifting and fitness equipment should be used correctly, safely, and under appropriate supervision where necessary. Customers use products at their own risk.
Dyel Distribution (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, or indirect or consequential damages arising from misuse of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
All Website content — including logos, images, product descriptions, branding, graphics and design — is the property of Dyel Distribution (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
